Vacuum thermocouples are suitable for use in vacuum processes with overpressures ranging from 10⁻⁴ mbar to 10 bar, such as vacuum brazing or hardening processes.
Scope of Application
Used in vacuum processes with pressures ranging from 10-4 mbar to 10 bar overpressure (1), such as vacuum brazing or hardening processes. Models with a small flange allow for consistently precise positioning within the space to be measured.
