Our vacuum thermocouples are used worldwide for hardening or brazing processes in vacuum environments.

Like all thermo-control thermocouples, they are characterized by the following features:

  • separate, thin-walled protective tubes made of high-density 99.7% Al₂O₃
  • Additional conduit for in-situ test measurements
  • Die-Cast Aluminum Connection Head, Type A
  • Standard delivery lengths from 400 mm to 1600 mm
  • PtRh-Pt Models - 4-Year Warranty Against Drift and Thermowire Breakage
  • Standard process connection via ISO 2681 small flange or Ø22×150 support tube
  • Custom process connections available upon request according to specifications
  • Vacuum-tight and pressure-resistant up to 20 bar
  • Optionally available with a calibration certificate in accordance with AMS 2750
  • Optional with DAkkS calibration certificate
  • Optionally pre-assembled with cables and connectors
