Since December 2016, all thermo-control Körtvélyessy GmbH thermocouples and oxygen sensors with calibration certificate have been provided with corresponding QR codes. To protect the label they are mounted inside the connection head. With this code you can view the product data directly from the production database free of charge.

In addition, for a one-off fee, the corresponding calibration data and certificates can be unlocked.

These can then be used at any time and without limitation, e.g. have the data of the thermocouple in the regular test measurements or audits.

In the form on the right, enter a serial number of a thermo-control product. After clicking on the button, a new window opens in which TE_iD searches and displays the data for the entered serial number.

General data (free of charge)

This includes:

  • product group
  • specification
  • Material number
  • Built-in thermocouples (number and alloy)
  • serial number
  • date of delivery

Calibration data (*)

All calibration data is listed here:

  • Type of calibration (roll or single)
  • Date of initial calibration
  • Use or highest hierarchical application level
  • Date of re-calibration

Measurement data (*)

In this part, the actual measured values of the calibration are listed in tabular form.

  • MP – measuring point
  • Ref – value of the reference thermocouple
  • dT 1 – deviation beginning coil or thermocouple 1
  • dT 2 – deviation end coil or thermocouple 2
  • dT n – deviation n-th thermocouple
  • Ø Err – Average deviation
