Our quality system
Our claim to our products is immensely high, since otherwise a globally unique guarantee period can not be maintained for decades.
The qm system of thermo-control Körtvélyessy GmbH measures the required data from the day to day business and manufacturing. The collected data is consolidated in our qm targets and environmental targets.
Since July 2010 we are proudly certified in accordance to ISO 9001:2008. In 2018 a re-certification to ISO 9001:2015 and new certification to ISO 14001:2015 is on the way.
In preparation for audits our tool AuditorView enables customers and auditors to gain access to our quality management data. These are shown in real-time by our ERP WaWiReg.
Our quality policy
The quality policy in the company is aimed at achieving the highest possible conformity of products and services in order to achieve the satisfaction of customers and partners involved. This goal is achieved through the constant improvement of processes and procedures, the maintenance of the existing product quality and the proximity to the customer.

Integrated QM-System
The QM system is now embedded in the web-based inventory management system WaWiReg and evaluates the events of the day-to-day business.
This results in an automatic collection of the QM key figures.
